Weight Loss CHALLENGE

Ok, so I am trying this whole weight loss thing again with vigor...I have a group of gals that blog about weight and all its pitfalls... I am exercising a little differently. I have been doing step for so long that I think that it is doing me no good. I do not notice differences in my body. So, I am investigating this high intensity interval training thing. It is about short bursts of intensity followed by recovery periods...and repeating the process. It is supposed to really boost your metabolism. We'll see how it goes.

  1. Hey Suz. I was just talking with a friend today and noticed she had lost a ton of weight. She told me that she joined weight watchers. That made a total of 5 friends of mine that have lost significant amounts of weight on that program. I don't know if that is somthing you have considerd, but it really seems to work. Anyway, if that helps. I am also interested in your new work out regiment...let me know how that goes. I need some exercise bad!

  2. I know that many people do weight watchers and succeed. I am trying to use the elements of weight watchers. I report to others every week, etc. I really need to get the point system down, though. I do feel right now like I am running better already... :-)
