So, my workout buddy has a coach for a husband...He is the one that wrote up our workout plan and consequently changed the interval training to M-W-F for 20 minutes...
The first morning of 20 minutes was this morning! :-( Now, if we were just doing that maybe I wouldn't die...But, we had calf raises seated and standing and stomach, too...
Really, when is the time when I see the results on the scale?
Suz...throw the scale away..your heart knows and that's what is important. I'm sending you a copy of an excellent article from my "Nutrition Today" magazine called "Chair Today...Gone Tomorrow" It is really good.
