As the school year comes to a close, I find myself comparing death and the end of the school year. I feel like I am in mourning for some time after each school year. This bunch of calculus 2nd year kids have had me for their entire high school career. Scary and comforting all at once. We really are like family with me as the math mom and the students as brothers and sisters...
I am just quite contemplative this weekend. Maybe I'll post tomorrow when I can form some more coherent thoughts.
