Week 1 Down..Yeah, Really!

Well, I am adjusting to the process with Weight Watchers online. I really struggled in some areas. I have learned that being home is not the right thing for my diet plan. I struggle to eat the right things. I cannot exercise when there is an inch of ice on the ground...now with 4 inches of snow on top of that.

But, I am down 3 pounds. Yay for me!

Here's to keeping on track.

  4. Hello dear sister, I just thought I'd throw something out there that has changed my battles with weight fluctuations. I simply stopped eating all sweets and drinking all sodas. Now, I'm 114 lbs and I stay that way. When I eat cake or the like, and drink soda, I pack on the weight immediately. I don't even gain much with french fries, or chips. Not like with sweets. It's all in the sugar. Good luck. Try blending cauliflower in your mashed potatoes. You won't even know it's there and you'll be eating what you should.
